Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve delinquent accounts
- Identify overdue accounts and provide solutions to bring loans current
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals and metrics
- Document collection activities in line with company policies and compliance standards
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to negotiate repayment plans
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in credit and collections
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated team player with a professional demeanor
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
