Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote
- Must reside in the 48 contiguous U.S. states
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Educate clients on Beyond Finance’s hardship program benefits, process, and options
- Empathize with at-risk clients, deescalate concerns, and create customized solutions
- Navigate CRM systems to track client progress and maintain detailed records
- Analyze financial situations and guide clients toward realistic debt-free goals
- Meet and exceed retention goals, earning commissions along the way
- Deliver best-in-class service across inbound calls, anticipating and addressing client needs
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Experience in retention, sales, or collections
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Tech savvy with CRM experience
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Resilient under pressure with a strong customer focus
Compensation
- Base pay: $19–$21/hour
- Performance-based commissions
