What You’ll Do
- Educate clients on Beyond Finance’s debt relief program and options for success
- Deescalate upset clients with empathy and problem-solving
- Use CRM systems to access client information, track progress, and document interactions
- Assess client financial situations to recommend tailored solutions
- Retain clients by demonstrating program value and encouraging long-term engagement
- Meet or exceed retention targets with the opportunity to earn commissions
- Provide best-in-class customer service through phone and digital channels
What You Need
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
- Experience in retention, sales, or collections (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Call center or high-volume phone experience
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and negotiate effectively
- CRM proficiency and tech-savvy mindset
- Strong communication, listening, and multitasking skills
- Work-from-home experience preferred
Compensation
- Base pay: $19–$21 per hour, plus commission opportunities
