What You’ll Do
- Take incoming customer calls and complete daily follow-up touchpoint tasks
- Guide conversations, handle objections, and answer customer questions confidently
- Clearly explain products and services in an accurate, customer-friendly way
- Navigate computer systems to locate customer data and document interactions
- Think quickly on your feet to resolve issues and retain clients
- Maintain high service levels while meeting performance targets
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with team members
What You Need
- 1–2 years of retention experience (high-volume call center experience preferred)
- Strong customer service mindset with empathy and active listening skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate typing and basic math skills to meet production needs
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and procedures, and communicate clearly
