GRT Financial is hiring a Client Retention Specialist to be the main point of contact for newly enrolled clients during their first months in a debt settlement program.

Schedule

  • 100% Remote / Work From Home
  • Full-time
  • Shifts (EST):
    • 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
    • 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
    • 12:30 PM–9:00 PM
  • Pay: $18/hour + bonus (paid weekly)

What You’ll Do

  • Take inbound customer calls and complete daily follow-up “touch point” tasks
  • Lead conversations confidently, handle objections, and answer client questions clearly
  • Explain the program accurately and set expectations the right way
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to locate client info and document updates
  • Think fast, problem-solve in real time, and keep clients engaged in the program
  • Maintain strong service standards and hit performance goals
  • Build productive working relationships with your team

What You Need

  • Spanish fluency (required)
  • 1–2 years of retention experience (high-volume call center experience is a plus)
  • Strong customer service mindset and empathy (you’ll talk to people with real stress)
  • Solid typing and basic math skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication, plus sound judgment and common sense
  • High-speed internet: 50 Mbps with Wi-Fi access
