Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST
- Contract-to-perm position
- Remote role
What You’ll Do
- Manage 100–200 weekly inbound calls, emails, and chat communications from clients
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, practitioners, and students in healthcare programs
- Respond to inquiries about services, enrollment, and platform support
- Document client interactions in CRM and communication systems
- Collaborate with the Customer Relations leadership team to ensure consistent, high-quality support
- Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- 2+ years of direct client-facing customer service experience
- Healthcare-related client interaction experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to manage high call and message volumes
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
Preferred Skills
- Associate’s Degree
- Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM tools, Box, Airtable, or Asana
