Schedule
- Part-time, 20–25 hours per week minimum
- Weekdays only, 9 AM – 6 PM ET
- Fully remote; must reside in CO, NM, TX, AZ, UT, or NV
- Independent contractor role (1099)
What You’ll Do
- Call Medicare patients (~15 calls per hour) using specialized enrollment software
- Explain program benefits, eligibility, and address questions with empathy
- Motivate patients to enroll and handle objections effectively
- Document all patient interactions with 100% accuracy
- Provide feedback on common questions or issues to management
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
- Strong verbal communication and closing skills
- Organized, self-directed, and tech-savvy
- Prior experience in outbound sales, Medicare, or healthcare enrollment a plus
- Patient-first mindset with resilience and adaptability
Compensation
- $20/hour
- $200 performance bonus after 60 days
- Independent contractor role; equipment, payroll taxes, and benefits are contractor’s responsibility
