Schedule
- Remote, part-time contractor role (1099)
- Weekdays only, between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
- Minimum of 20–25 hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Call Medicare patients (~15 calls per hour) using enrollment software
- Clearly explain program benefits, eligibility, and details
- Answer patient questions with empathy and accuracy
- Motivate patients to enroll, overcoming objections when needed
- Document all calls and interactions with 100% accuracy
- Track and communicate recurring issues or feedback to management
- Stay current on program updates and best practices
What You Need
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong, engaging verbal communication skills
- Experience in outbound sales, Medicare, or healthcare enrollment preferred
- Ability to work independently while meeting performance metrics
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy
- Strong closing skills with resilience in overcoming objections
Compensation
- $20/hour
- $200 performance bonus after 60 days
- 1099 contractor role (must provide own equipment, cover payroll taxes, and benefits)
