ROLE:
Our Enchanted Fairies’ Portrait Consultants (PCs) are our Sales Team’s internal titles as they engage with families to present and sell portraits for home display. They specialize in selling Enchanted Fairies’ Portraits to new clients by appointment, and proficiently recommend additional wall art, albums, and gift portraits to existing clients. PCs independently manage their Enchanted Fairies’ Portrait Client pipeline, crucially enhancing our customer experience.
They provide expert guidance to existing clients in selecting ideal collections for their home decor and for gifting purposes. PCs are driven by a passion for assisting clients in creating timeless family treasures. They collaborate closely with Customer Service and Concierge teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction from initial consultation to final delivery. Our PCs orchestrate a sales process that transforms into an irresistible customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Effectively advance prospects through the pipeline using Infusionsoft throughout the day.
- Ensure the Mission’s Portrait pipeline in Infusionsoft is consistently updated with accurate information.
- Thoroughly document all interactions with Enchanted Fairies clients for comprehensive record-keeping.
- Provide expert product education to prospects, demonstrating in-depth knowledge.
- Utilize internal and external resources to stay informed about our products and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales Trainer, Lead Portrait Consultant, and Director of Sales to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain a weekly sales average of $1,000 to drive revenue growth consistently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a PC/MAC desktop or laptop with Windows 10, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage minimum.
- Must have internet speeds of at least 50 Mbps.
- Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 8am-6pm CST, including weekends.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business-to-client (B2C) sales, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills across video conference, phone, and other mediums.
- Fluent in both the lyrical tongue of English and the enchanting melodies of Spanish, Bilingual preferred.
- Strong presentation skills with a proven ability to build rapport effectively.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new sales processes.
- Thrives on maintaining structured routines.
- Open to rapid professional growth.
- Capable of self-management and proficient time management.
- Highly organized, maintaining a transparent and coherent pipeline for review by the Director of Sales.
