Digitech is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Representative to handle high-volume patient calls in a fully remote environment. This full-time role requires empathy, professionalism, and the ability to stay composed under pressure while delivering outstanding service to patients and clients.

Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Must be able to work Saturdays
  • Heavy call volume environment with performance-based goals

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound patient calls and address questions with professionalism and empathy
  • Handle heavy phone volume while maintaining accuracy and composure
  • Forward calls to alternate billing departments as needed
  • Research and resolve patient concerns while adhering to HIPAA and client rules
  • Follow up on requests via calls, emails, or faxes to ensure resolution

What You Need

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Minimum typing speed: 40 WPM
  • Some insurance billing knowledge preferred (full training provided)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage high call volumes under tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive situations calmly
