Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (must reside in the lower 48 states)
  • Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
  • $19.23/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, faxes, and emails from members and providers
  • Generate member reports and support care team meetings
  • Identify member needs and triage to connect with care teams
  • Send weekly surveys and schedule patient/provider calls
  • Support special projects and data entry tasks as needed

What You Need

  • Bilingual: English/Spanish proficiency (written and verbal)
  • 1+ year telephonic support in healthcare or customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfort with new technologies (Google Suite, Slack, EHRs, video chat, etc.)
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
