Schedule
- Remote within AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA
- Training: First 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM ET (paid)
- Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:30PM–9:00PM ET
- 100% attendance required for first 60 days
Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of Mission Lane, speaking with customers in both English and Spanish
- Identify reasons for account delinquency and negotiate repayment solutions
- Approach customers with empathy, dignity, and respect
- Use problem-solving skills to overcome objections and reach win-win agreements
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in a customer-focused, solutions-oriented role
- Negotiation or sales experience with proven objection-handling skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confidence in challenging conversations and the ability to remain composed
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn new software and systems
- Open to feedback with a growth mindset
