Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote (must reside in Illinois)
- Standard business hours, with potential flexibility
What You’ll Do
- Verify patient insurance benefits and document results accurately
- Obtain prior authorizations for in-home specialty therapies
- Collaborate with Patient Intake Coordinators and insurance providers
- Communicate with patients, medical professionals, and payers to ensure timely processing
- Enter accurate data into ACIS and maintain compliance with policies and regulations
- Provide input on process improvements and support peers as needed
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience verifying benefits with insurance companies
- Data entry experience and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
Preferred
- Healthcare, DME, or home infusion experience
- Familiarity with government or patient assistance programs
Pay Range
$17.00 – $31.30 per hour (based on experience, education, and geography)
This role is also eligible for CVS Health bonuses or short-term incentives.
