- Shift: 9:00am – 5:30pm Central

What You’ll Do
- Verify insurance benefits and coverage details
- Support/coordinate with Patient Intake Coordinators
- Work with insurance providers to obtain medical authorizations
- Perform data entry and documentation
- Help move patients through the intake-to-approval process for specialty infusion medications
What You Need
- 1+ year customer service or call center experience
- Data entry experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience with insurance verification and/or medical authorizations
- Experience with specialty infusion medications
Preferred Qualifications
- Claims/call center experience
- Strong technical comfort
- Problem-solving + negotiation skills
- Organized, can prioritize fast
- Strong written and verbal communication
