Schedule
- Full-time, work-from-home role for residents of Hawaii
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm
- No weekends and limited holidays

What You’ll Do
- Verify insurance coverage for new and existing patients
- Process patient prescription orders quickly and accurately
- Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance carriers
- Resolve benefit-related questions with professionalism and clarity
- Use problem-solving skills to ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain a strong understanding of insurance plans, drug cards, and coverage rules
What You Need
- 6+ months of experience in medical insurance, benefits verification, billing, or healthcare customer service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a healthcare-related field
- Pharmacy experience (PBM, Specialty, etc.)
- Experience with Prior Authorizations
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers
Education
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
