- Pay rate: $17/hour (may be below your state’s minimum wage, depending on location)
- Not hiring in: AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA
- Not hiring in select metro areas: Minneapolis, MN; Washington, DC; Denver, CO; Boulder, CO; Edgewater, CO; Flagstaff, AZ
- Must be able to pass internet speed test and connect via ethernet to modem/router
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls with a focus on accuracy, empathy, and first-call resolution
- Research, resolve, and document complex benefits inquiries using multiple systems and tools
- Send professional written follow-up and resolution emails as needed
- Process member requests efficiently while meeting compliance, quality, and service standards
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with business expectations
What You Need
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Internet speed test requirements: 25+ Mbps download, 5+ Mbps upload, ping 175 ms or less
- Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
