Working Solutions is hiring seasonal Customer Care Representatives to support federal employees, retirees, and military personnel during benefits enrollment season. This independent contractor opportunity offers flexibility, work-from-home convenience, and the chance to continue into additional seasonal programs after open enrollment.

Schedule
- Seasonal contract role, November 10 – December 8, 2025 (with options to continue in future programs)
- Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM CT (hours may expand during enrollment)
- Flexible scheduling—you choose your shifts
- Contractors must reside in eligible states (excludes CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, MN, MT, NH, NJ, NY, OR, PA, VT, WA, WI)
What You’ll Do
- Assist federal employees, retirees, and military personnel with benefits enrollment
- Support customers with account creation, plan questions, and site navigation
- Provide excellent, empathetic, and professional customer service
- Handle interactions via phone and digital platforms with accuracy and care
What You Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy with reliable computer skills
- Friendly tone, patient demeanor, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment
- Must pass a criminal background check
Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (Windows 11 required; limited Mac support with Boot Camp)
- Broadband wired internet (cable, fiber, or DSL; no Wi-Fi, mobile, or satellite)
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Smartphone to receive work-related texts
Earnings
- Contracted rate: $0.28/minute for English, $0.31/minute for Spanish
- Minimum guarantee of 54 productive minutes per hour
- Incentives available beyond base per-minute rate
