The Benefits Client Specialist is an integral role within the Wealth Client Delivery Team. The main responsibility for this role is owning the retirement process for our client’s employees. In addition, this role provides invaluable support to the families of deceased current and former employees.
The BCS will be expected to work with a global team on projects related to ongoing client delivery and complex support processes, while connecting directly with benefits participants.
For this position, you must be able to work an 8.5 hour shift between the hours of 7 am and 11pm.
Working hours: Open availability from 7am- 11pm M-F (must be available to work any shift)
Term: Temp to hire

What do you need?
- Must have own equipment that operates on windows 10
- Verifiable customer service experience
- Great telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Willingness to complete a background / credit check and drug screen
- Ability to create a professional work space in your home – training will be on camera
- Must pass 3 assessments
- Meet high speed internet requirements and able to hard wire to your router
- Must have a minimum of 20mps Download and 20mps Upload
