- Occasional cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal teams
What You’ll Do
- Oversee administration of employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and wellness initiatives
- Manage benefits escalations and inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
- Support configuration and management of the Workday Benefits module
- Partner with brokers and vendors for compliance, analytics, and issue resolution
- Ensure accuracy of benefits filings, invoices, and compliance documentation
- Oversee annual benefits enrollment process, employee communications, and program implementation
- Maintain compliance with ERISA, ACA, FLSA, COBRA, and other regulations
- Act as SME on benefits compliance and regulatory adherence
- Develop and maintain governance documentation for audits and corrective action planning
- Assist with communication strategies, renewals, and contract negotiations
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience administering U.S. employee benefits
- Strong knowledge of ACA, ERISA, FLSA, and other benefits/compensation regulations
- Experience in regulatory compliance for compensation and benefits
- Workday Benefits training or certification (highly preferred)
- BPO or global benefits administration experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational, data analytics, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
