Clearview Health Group is a remote call center focused on helping consumers maximize their Medicare Advantage benefits. We guide members through enrollment and beyond, ensuring they understand and confidently use the features included in their plans.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote (United States)
- Standard business hours
- Optional overtime available during peak season (Medicare Annual Enrollment Period: October 15 – December 7)
Responsibilities
- Receive live call transfers from agents immediately following member enrollment
- Make outbound calls as needed to educate members on their plan benefits
- Provide clear guidance on:
- Selecting doctors or specialists
- Using allowances for groceries, OTC products, and other covered items
- Understanding prescription coverage
- Activating free gym memberships and finding participating facilities
- Accessing additional plan resources
- Answer member questions with empathy and professionalism
- Document all interactions accurately
- Support initiatives to improve member satisfaction and engagement
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to explain benefits clearly and patiently
- Empathetic and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable with computer systems and documentation
- Reliable internet and professional remote work setup
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $17/hour + commission opportunities
- Overtime available on weekdays and Saturdays during peak season
- Fully remote role with performance-based earning potential
