Schedule
- Full-time, remote role based in the United States (Chicago, IL preferred)
- Standard business hours with flexibility for enterprise client needs
- Collaborative team environment with IT and support leadership
What You’ll Do
- Respond to client calls, chats, and tickets to resolve technical issues and service inquiries
- Deliver onboarding and training sessions for enterprise customers
- Troubleshoot product issues such as password resets, active directory, and user migrations
- Collaborate with managers to stay updated on product features and best practices
- Provide real-time professional support, turning challenges into positive outcomes
What You Need
- 1+ years in a B2B technical support role
- Experience working with enterprise clients, including C-Suite level contacts
- Strong troubleshooting skills across common technical environments
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Technical proficiency across smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism under pressure
