Schedule
- Remote position; accepting applicants from 48+ U.S. states including TX, AR, ID, HI, NE
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Central during training
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Pacific during production
- 8-hour shifts with one unpaid lunch and two paid breaks
What You’ll Do
- Handle ~40 inbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Provide policy support, billing assistance, onboarding, and quoting
- Manage underwriting clarifications and vehicle/garaging updates
- Navigate multiple systems (CRM, quoting tools, underwriting databases)
- Maintain compliance with state-level regulations and company standards
- Participate in training, coaching, and quality reviews
What You Need
- HS diploma or GED required
- Active property & casualty insurance license (agent/producer) required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance fundamentals, billing, and policy administration
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume environment
