Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday–Friday schedule coordinating with franchise partners, payers, and internal teams
What You’ll Do
- Review patient files for completeness and accuracy to submit prior authorizations promptly
- Communicate with franchise partners, payers, and internal teams on authorization status
- Document case activity, communications, and follow-ups in the system for accuracy and tracking
- Verify benefits for pharmacy and medical third-party claims
- Obtain reauthorizations, track progress, and expedite responses to avoid therapy delays
- Clearly communicate therapy costs to patients before services begin
- Identify documentation gaps and take corrective action to improve processes
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 0–2 years of experience in authorizations or healthcare settings (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and payer representatives
- Knowledge of billing, collection processes, and payer collaboration
- Strong organizational skills and recordkeeping abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and pharmacy applications
