From Day One is a media outlet and conference series dedicated to helping companies navigate change in ways that put people first. Since 2018, we’ve hosted over 1,000 speakers, reached 150,000+ attendees, and produced events in 20+ U.S. cities. We bring together leaders across HR, CSR, marketing, communications, academia, and civic spaces to share strategies that benefit workers, customers, and communities.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Salary: $50,000 per year, with opportunities for raises and advancement
- Based in the U.S. (Brooklyn-based staff community for optional in-person connection)
What You’ll Do
- Support audience development and demand generation initiatives
- Assist with digital marketing and email campaign execution
- Research potential projects and opportunities to expand reach
- Coordinate VIP outreach and partner communications
- Contribute to the production and promotion of virtual events
- Provide administrative support to audience and client support leaders
- Write and edit in a business context to support marketing goals
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a related role
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
