Primary Responsibilities:
- Ordering product
- Running out of stock reports and ordering alternate product as needed
- Managing and monitoring product system setup & maintenance
- Monitoring / Maintaining appropriate logs for recalled products, medications and devices to ensure compliance
- Utilizing Excel spreadsheets to manage days supply and proactive order product
- Moderate work experience within the Procurement/Purchasing/Sourcing functions
- Some work is completed without established procedures
- Basic tasks are completed without review by others
- Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years of experience in an environment that required the ability to multi-task efficiently
- 6+ months of Procurement/Purchasing/Sourcing experience
- Intermediate Excel user experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working in a pharmacy environment
- Previous data analyst work experience
