Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Developer
Location: Seattle, WA (Remote)
Job Description:
- Customizes and configures Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs using workflows plugins and custom entities
- Develops C and NET solutions to extend D365 CRM functionality
- Build D365 CRM Integration with other systems using tools like Azure Data Factory Power Platform connectors and custom APIs
- Troubleshoots and resolves D365 CRM issues optimizing performance and data integrity
- Provides enduser training and support ensuring smooth adoption of new features
- Stays updated on latest CRM features and best practices proactively suggesting improvements
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements translating them into technical solutions
- Creates clear technical documentation and userfriendly guides
- Ensures data security and compliance within CRM implementing necessary safeguards
- Participates in rigorous testing and quality assurance processes
