Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S.-based)
- Standard business hours, with flexibility as needed
- Salary range: $100,000–$120,000/year + equity
What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve escalated billing and benefits discrepancies
- Conduct root-cause analysis on system issues and coordinate corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams, employers, insurers, and providers to ensure accurate member statements and resolutions
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in medical billing, health benefits, or escalation management
- Deep knowledge of claims lifecycle, benefits design, AR workflows, and insurance adjudication
