Cleaning Business Unit owning forecast/close processes in addition to ad hoc P&A support.
In this role, you will:
- Perform close activities with a focus on TDC and admin accounts including ensuring the accounting performed is in accordance with corporate guidelines and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Perform forecasting activities including consolidation for TDC and admin accounts including all gap management and profit updates. Analyzing variances to prior forecast updates and year ago finding opportunities for creating new value.
- Play a key leadership role in driving growth for the Cleaning Business by partnering with project teams to develop pro-forma P&L projections and DCF valuations for new product launches and adjacency expansion opportunities.
- Ad-hoc projects and analytical support to cross-functional partners and finance leadership.
- Provide decision support to business partners and leadership by identifying and communicating the key assumptions, opportunities and risks of proposals.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills. Proven ability to improve processes, champion change, build partnerships and influence decisions.
- Identification and implementation of sustainable process improvement and value creation opportunities that eliminate non-value added work, enhance business insights, and improve our financial results.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment by documenting key activities and ensuring appropriate DOAs are followed.

What we look for:
- 5+ years of broad-based F&A experience, preferably in CPG industry
- Bachelor level degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA desirable
- Strong leadership, planning, organizing, communication, presentation and influencing skills are essential to succeed in this role
- Ability to distill complex concepts and problems into simple terms and actionable tasks, particularly to cross-functional partners
- Excellent collaboration and ability to develop strong internal relationships at all organizational levels
- Self-starter exhibiting personal initiative and creative problem solving
- Ability to take personal ownership and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Ability to work under time pressure across different time zones and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Strong computer literacy across the MS Office suite as well as other types of applications e.g. SAP, Excel, Essbase, BW, Power BI

–Zone B: $79,400 – $148,400
–Zone C: $72,100 – $134,900
