Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm EST
  • 100% remote within the U.S.
  • $19.05/hour plus monthly bonus

Responsibilities

  • Use skip tracing techniques and GPS tracking to locate and recover vehicles
  • Coordinate with repossession agents to ensure timely, compliant recovery
  • Maintain accurate, detailed account notes in loan management systems and RDN
  • Analyze loan information to identify leads and asset locations
  • Use investigative software (e.g., TLO, LexisNexis) to gather and verify information
  • Upload and organize all required account and recovery documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for successful recoveries
  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to department KPIs
  • Stay current on repossession regulations and best practices

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 1+ year in a repossession-focused role, with knowledge of industry regulations
  • Experience in late-stage collections, post-charge-off, or recovery (preferred)
  • Automotive recovery or financing industry experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and skip tracing tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
