Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm EST
- 100% remote within the U.S.
- $19.05/hour plus monthly bonus
Responsibilities
- Use skip tracing techniques and GPS tracking to locate and recover vehicles
- Coordinate with repossession agents to ensure timely, compliant recovery
- Maintain accurate, detailed account notes in loan management systems and RDN
- Analyze loan information to identify leads and asset locations
- Use investigative software (e.g., TLO, LexisNexis) to gather and verify information
- Upload and organize all required account and recovery documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for successful recoveries
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to department KPIs
- Stay current on repossession regulations and best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1+ year in a repossession-focused role, with knowledge of industry regulations
- Experience in late-stage collections, post-charge-off, or recovery (preferred)
- Automotive recovery or financing industry experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and skip tracing tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
