Key Responsibilities
- Manage revenue cycle processes from start to finish
- Identify and resolve issues impacting revenue
- Collaborate across clinical and financial teams
- Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports
- Ensure compliance with revenue cycle best practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- 5+ years in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies in relevant specialty
- Experience with Epic
- Experience in payor contract negotiations and reimbursement methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
