What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and establish rapport
- Communicate product and service value clearly and persuasively
- Qualify leads through relevant questions and needs assessments
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives based on availability
- Log accurate lead and appointment details into the CRM
- Follow up with leads to keep communication active and consistent
- Collaborate with the sales team to share appointment details and insights
- Track daily call activities, appointments scheduled, and outcomes
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
What You Need
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or similar role
- Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills
- Persuasive, confident demeanor with negotiation ability
- Familiarity with CRM systems and strong data entry skills
- Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Sales-related experience is a plus
