What You’ll Do
- Accounts Payable (A/P)
- Process vendor invoices, code to GL accounts, reconcile statements, and issue payments.
- Maintain vendor records and resolve payment issues promptly.
- Accounts Receivable (A/R)
- Generate and distribute customer invoices; monitor aging and follow up on overdue balances.
- Process payments, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and prepare account statements.
- Cash Flow & Reporting
- Monitor projections, manage balances, and provide updates on receivables aging.
- Assist with financial reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline A/P and A/R workflows.
- Support system upgrades and automation projects.
- Stakeholder Support
- Build relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Provide excellent client service and collaborate cross-functionally.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of A/P, A/R, or related finance experience (ProNexus also welcomes senior professionals with 25+ years of hands-on expertise)
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
- Problem-solving skills with a client-service mindset
