Schedule
- Fully remote within the United States
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time Zone preferred
- Full-time role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Accurately process new business application transactions following established procedures
- Communicate with agents, internal wholesalers, and other departments regarding pending cases
- Ensure transactions are handled accurately and on time per SEC and company guidelines
- Deliver an elite customer service experience with professionalism and efficiency
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical activity
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in insurance and annuities
- Working knowledge of insurance products, policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong grammar and writing abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct annuities experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
