This team supports insurance clients by handling annuity and life insurance administrative processing and customer issue resolution. You’ll be part of a service-driven environment focused on accuracy, responsiveness, and strong client relationships.
Schedule
- Fully remote within the United States
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm EST (8-hour shift)
- On-the-job training provided
- Company-provided laptop
What You’ll Do
- Process remittance transactions and loan repayments for group business
- Partner with plans and TPAs to resolve payroll issues and discrepancies
- Research requests, explain options, and respond to basic procedures and processing questions
- Work across multiple electronic systems to document and complete transactions accurately
- Support service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining professional, high-quality customer service
- Look for process improvements and contribute to stronger customer and client relationships
What You Need
- High school diploma (required; diploma must be provided)
- 1–2 years of life insurance and annuities experience (required)
- Experience in insurance/life/annuity customer service (required; not a call center role)
- Strong communication, listening, and documentation skills
- Strong computer skills, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with solid math skills and comfort managing stress
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screenings
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
