Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (US-based)
- Travel required for company offsites at least twice per year
Compensation
- $80,000 – $95,000 annual salary
- Equity offered
Responsibilities
- Ensure AI Agent delivers fast, accurate customer support
- Review conversation and performance data to spot patterns and fix gaps
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to roll out improvements
- Expand AI capabilities and prioritize automation opportunities
- Recommend changes to workflows, integrations, or content for smoother experiences
- Track AI performance and share findings across teams
- Influence broader customer support strategies based on AI insights
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer support, experience, or support operations
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency maintaining enterprise-level AI/virtual agent platforms
- Skilled with data dashboards and support analytics tools
- Basic familiarity with APIs and system integrations
- Bonus: experience with Git/version control or light programming
- Fintech background preferred but not required
