Schedule
- Remote, U.S.-based position
- Full-time role with cross-functional collaboration
- Travel required for company offsites at least twice per year
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and optimize AI Agent performance to ensure accurate, timely customer support
- Review conversations and data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to improve AI workflows and integrations
- Prioritize automation opportunities and propose changes to content and processes
- Share updates on AI performance and influence broader customer support strategies
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience in customer support, customer experience, or support operations
- Experience maintaining enterprise-level AI or virtual agent platforms
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate insights into clear recommendations
- Familiarity with APIs, data dashboards, or analytics tools
- Background in fintech preferred (not required)
- Bonus: Git/version control experience or basic programming knowledge
