What You Will Be Doing

As Agent Support Specialist, you are a key member of our rapidly growing wireless business focused on providing support to our distribution partners (agents).  This includes helping agents with a variety of inquiries, application submissions, and technical troubleshooting.  What makes this position a standout from other customer-service roles is the opportunity to work remotely, the competitive hourly rate, and the potential to earn monthly performance bonuses for accuracy and productivity!  

The regular shift hours for this role are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern, Mondays & Wednesdays through Saturday.

Working from your home, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Resolving inquiries and complaints; escalating when appropriate
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex issues
  • Documenting work in CRM; maintaining accurate thorough records of agent interactions
  • Achieving performance metrics for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a high degree of professionalism
  • Fostering teamwork and positivity
  • Other duties as assigned

How You Qualify

If you have excellent problem-solving skills, are a great communicator, and you have previous call center experience, you might be a fit for this position if you also possess the following:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Schedule flexibility – ability and willingness to work different shifts on occasion, including weekends and holidays
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Remote work experience
  • Excellent critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills
  • High degree of professionalism and positivity
