Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with our market and brand
- Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships
- Coordinate outreach, calls, and follow-ups with prospective partners
- Track and optimize affiliate performance and campaign results
- Negotiate partnership terms with both major affiliates and emerging partners
- Support continued expansion and evolution of B12’s affiliate program
Requirements
- Work authorization in USA, Mexico, Argentina, or Philippines
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field
- 1+ year affiliate marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven success scaling affiliate programs and delivering revenue impact
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
