Position Summary
As the Core Admissions Supervisor for the Great Lakes (Jacksonville, Syracuse, Fort Wayne, and Cranberry Township) you will assist in planning for process improvement, organizing, and controlling the activities of the patient onboarding and pharmacy operations department. This role must ensure exceptional patient care is provided in accordance with the company guidelines and that patients’ expectations are met to achieve excellent client service and business profitability. To be successful in this role you will need to have supervisory skills to oversee and deliver the direction of the management team with respect to patient care, medical insurance requirements, patient service and pharmacy benefits operations. This role will be accountable for service performance, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. The patient care team is responsible for excellent communication of the onboarding process. As an Admissions Supervisor, you must have a proven track record of successful outcomes with responding to inquiries or complaints from customers, healthcare providers, and/or members.

Required Qualifications
-Two years leadership type experience within a benefits/authorization department required, three years preferred
-Required knowledge of government and patient assistance programs
-Required knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third party vendors
-Attention to detail
-Analytical and problem solving skills
-Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications
-Preferred pharmacy, PBM or Specialty pharmacy experience
-Preferred experience working with medical billing procedure

–Experience in pharmacy operations and revenue cycle management.
Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$40,600.00 – $75,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
