Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (not available in AK, CA, CO, IL, ME, NY, or WA)
  • Shift-based schedule (selected during application)
  • Performance tracked against admission quotas, engagement standards, and time-to-assessment KPIs

Compensation

  • Base salary: $54,000–$60,000 annually
  • Target total compensation with performance bonus: $66,000–$84,000 annually
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, more)

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume outreach to prospective clients, families, and referral sources
  • Lead the early stages of the admissions process with timely, compassionate contact to spark engagement
  • Partner with Admissions Coordinators for smooth handoffs and efficient time-to-assessment
  • Maintain accurate client records, contact history, and intake notes in Salesforce
  • Support reengagement strategies by identifying drop-off trends and tailoring outreach
  • Flag and route potential barriers to admission (scheduling, financial, hesitation) for added support
  • Collaborate with teams to refine outreach workflows and adapt engagement strategies
  • Step in as needed to cover teammates and support admissions pipeline flow

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
  • 2+ years sales experience (healthcare admissions experience a plus)
  • Consistent record of exceeding performance targets in sales/admissions roles
  • 1+ year of Salesforce (or other CRM) experience
  • Strong multitasking skills in a high-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HIPAA a plus
  • Experience with adolescents/young adults in a mental health context a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
