Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (not available in AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, or Washington, DC)
- Shift-based schedule (options provided during application)
- High-volume, client-facing work environment
Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls from clients, families, and referral sources with compassion and professionalism
- Build rapport while gathering demographics, treatment history, and presenting concerns in both English and Spanish
- Clearly explain financial policies, insurance coverage, payment options, and available assistance programs
- Document all client information and treatment consents in Salesforce with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate across internal teams to meet KPIs like time-to-admission, satisfaction scores, and admission quotas
- Ensure consistent follow-up and communication to advance clients smoothly into Charlie Health’s program
- Represent Charlie Health’s mission and explain its unique, individualized care model to families
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare admissions experience is a plus)
- Strong record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- 1+ year of Salesforce or CRM experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance preferred
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults in a mental health context a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Pay & Benefits
- Base salary: $54,000 – $60,000 annually
- Performance bonus opportunities bring total compensation to $66,000 – $84,000 annually
