What You’ll Do

  • Monitor live staffing demand and performance metrics (ASA, AHT, abandons)
  • Deploy workforce resources to maintain service levels
  • Manage schedule exceptions and support ad-hoc scheduling requests
  • Track occupancy and optimize productivity across teams
  • Minimize service disruptions and escalation events
  • Communicate updates and actions to teams and leadership
  • Identify and escalate system issues when needed

What You Need

  • 2–3 years experience in workforce management or similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of telephony and WFM systems a plus
  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Detail-focused, analytical, and proactive problem solver
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Collaborative mindset and customer-first attitude
