What You’ll Do
- Review and process requests related to the Service member Civil Relief Act (SCRA), Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM), Buydowns, Balloons, and Partial Release loans
- Validate ARM data on servicing platforms to ensure accurate and timely adjustments
- Manage ARM indexes and updates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal counsel on partial release requests
- Ensure buydown agreements and balloon notes match servicing platform setups
- Perform loan-level maintenance on special loan functions
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and timely reporting
What You Need
- Some college or Associate’s degree, or 6 months–1 year of related experience/training (mortgage servicing or loan processing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to interpret policy/procedure manuals and write clear reports/correspondence
- Strong math skills, including percentages, interest, and basic algebra/geometry
- Problem-solving ability and sound judgment in varied situations
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Remote work with light physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally)
