Your Title: Ancillary Administrative Clerk
Your Location: Remote
You Report To: Senior Manager, Servicing Operations
Schedule: Monday – Friday – 9:00AM – 5:30PM EST
Compensation: $17/hr plus bonus!
About the Opportunity:
First Help Financial, voted and certified as a “Great Place to Work” by our workforce for two years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Servicing Operations department to accommodate our remarkable growth! The schedule for this remote opportunity Monday -Friday, from 9am – 5pm EST. This is an exciting new opportunity that will allow professional growth within FHF and establish a career, verses just a “job”! As the ideal candidate you will be responsible for department projects, partner with the Ancillary team, field customer inquiries and work with the manager to streamline processes. What you will do:
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Filing Ancillary Claim cancellations
- Follow up with claims to expedite claim closure
- Prepare files for potential legal claims
- Log all payment notes for all closed accounts
- Fill in for Ancillary Cancelations when needed
- Other projects may be applied
What you bring:
- 1+ year of administrative support experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, self-reliant
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and Outlook
