Position Summary
Primarily responsible for providing excellent service to assigned client through communication with client regarding the defined scope of work. Responsible for all administrative tasks related to the assigned client.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between client and Revecore for claims issues (i.e. billing, payment & adjustment posting, corrected claims, EOB & Imaging requests)
- Provide updates to Supervisor regarding communications received from client, updates, issues and needs
- Assist in research, creation and presentation of PowerPoints & Meeting agendas
- Assist with researching, tracking, and following up on Revecore corrected claims process
- Assist with creation of system user guides
- Assist with new user set up for client access, and all related follow up
- Maintain real-time user log for all client systems
- Maintain contact with client designee related to special projects and inquiries for corrected claims
- Document information in appropriate Revecore and client systems
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, payors and Revecore personnel
- Attend client, department and company meetings
- Comply with federal and state laws, company policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
- Moderate Moderate Plus Excel skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Moderate computer proficiency
- Mathematical skills: ability to calculate rates using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to write routine correspondence (in English)
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
