Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Must be available during U.S. business hours
What You’ll Do
- Input and manage employee onboarding in the HRIS system
- Conduct background checks and arrange drug testing
- Oversee offboarding for departing employees
- Respond to employment verification requests
- Coordinate employee travel arrangements
- Process purchase requests and equipment orders
- Manage mail distribution and package handling
- Maintain document management and learning systems
- Assist in company meetings, HR events, and communications
- Provide backup support to HR Generalists and other departments
What You Need
- 1+ years of office or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills, including G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- Ability to multitask across multiple browsers and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality handling sensitive data
- Willingness to work in U.S. time zones
