Schedule
- Fully remote within the lower 48 United States
- Shift: 11:30AM – 8:00PM EST
- Full-time, non-exempt position
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, secure emails, and faxes from members and providers
- Connect members to the appropriate Care Team for clinical support and coordination
- Generate daily member reports and assist with care team meeting preparation
- Send weekly surveys and schedule patient/provider calls or case conferences
- Support special projects, data entry, and virtual medical practice operations
Requirements
- 1+ year telephonic support experience in healthcare or customer service
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Excellent listening and communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Comfortable learning and using new technology (Google Suite, Slack, EHR systems)
- Located within the lower 48 United States due to PHI access requirements
