Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S. only)
- Hourly, non-exempt position
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to clients daily via phone and email to manage collections
- Send monthly account statements and resolve outstanding payment issues
- Maintain positive client relationships while reconciling billing concerns
- Partner with billing and account management teams to resolve discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting financial operations
What You Need
- 1+ years of accounts receivable/collections experience
- Strong Excel skills (required); familiarity with Looker, Zendesk, or HubSpot a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with digital tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- Court reporting industry experience is a bonus
