Schedule & Compensation

  • Remote, U.S.-based role
  • Full-time, hourly (40 hours/week)
  • Pay range: $20–$26/hour + monthly performance bonus
  • Includes benefits, PTO, equity, and stipends

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to clients daily by phone and email to drive collections and maintain account standing
  • Send monthly account statements and verify payment status
  • Collaborate with billing and account management teams to reconcile issues
  • Provide high-quality, hospitable customer service while resolving outstanding accounts
  • Track and maintain accurate records in Excel and other systems

Requirements

  • 1+ years of accounts receivable/collections experience (court reporting or legal industry a plus)
  • Strong Excel skills (bonus for Looker, Zendesk, or Hubspot)
  • Comfortable on the phone and skilled at building client relationships
  • Familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other digital productivity tools
  • Critical thinker with creativity in solving day-to-day challenges
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
