TridentCare is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to manage hospice healthcare claims, ensure timely reimbursement, and maintain strong client relationships. This is a remote role with the potential to transition back to the business office in the future.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, edit, and submit account billing per payer guidelines
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and ensure claims are processed accurately
- Follow up on denials, resubmit claims, and ensure proper reimbursement
- Analyze reimbursement trends and identify discrepancies
- Interact professionally with contracted clients to build trust and resolve issues
- Maintain and update patient demographics, documentation, and billing activity
- Respond to verbal and written inquiries regarding account status
- Prepare adjustments, refunds, and reports as needed
- Conduct follow-up calls with commercial clients regarding claim status
- Collaborate with supervisors to flag compliance or reimbursement issues
What You Need
- 1–5 years of contract interpretation experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of claims processing and medical terminology
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle high call volumes
